Harrow Council is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Safeguarding Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of safeguarding services.

- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to strategy discussions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to child safeguarding.
