The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult safeguarding and social work practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to adult safeguarding.
