  • Providing supervision and support to less experienced social workers within the team.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in children's social work, preferably within an EDT setting.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
