We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Hertfordshire, specifically in Watford, to work within the Family Safeguarding service. This role offers an hourly rate of £37, providing an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable families.

Key responsibilities and duties of this position include:

  • Undertaking assessments and developing care plans for children and families in need
  • Providing direct support and intervention to families to improve outcomes and ensure safety

The essential qualifications and skills for this role are:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration and experience in a similar setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
