We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Safeguarding team in Kettering, Northampton. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of safeguarding interventions. Developing and implementing effective care plans in line with legislation and best practices. Building strong relationships with service users and their families to facilitate trust and cooperation. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, law enforcement, and educational staff. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and interventions. Providing advice and support to colleagues and other professionals involved in safeguarding cases.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
