Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Join our dynamic Children's Social Work Court Team in Northamptonshire, where you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in need. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who is committed to delivering high-quality social work services and ensuring the best outcomes for vulnerable children.

As a member of our Court Team, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments and preparing reports for court proceedings. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to develop and implement intervention plans. Representing the local authority in court, advocating for the best interests of children. Providing support and guidance to families to facilitate positive change. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Experience working within a children’s social work setting, particularly in a court context. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
