We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Safeguarding team in Kettering, Northampton. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive rate of £38 per hour and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals and families. As a QSW, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and adults at risk, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality care and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of safeguarding interventions. Developing and implementing effective care plans in line with legislation and best practices. Building strong relationships with service users and their families to facilitate trust and cooperation. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, law enforcement, and educational staff. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework and interventions. Providing advice and support to colleagues and other professionals involved in safeguarding cases.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a caseload.

Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and families? Northamptonshire is seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker to join our Safeguarding Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will directly contribute to the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.

As a Children's Social Worker in our Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to safeguard children.
