To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience working within a child protection or assessment setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a varied caseload effectively.
