Are you a dedicated and passionate social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Bromley as a Children's Social Worker. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with various agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children, providing support and intervention where necessary.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and investigations in response to referrals regarding child welfare concerns. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children and families. Working closely with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and safeguarding, preferably within a MASH environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
