Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with service users. Maintaining accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements and organizational policies. Working closely with partner agencies, including health, education, and community services, to provide holistic support.To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and assessment, ideally within a statutory setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
