Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored intervention plans for individuals and families in need. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure effective safeguarding measures are in place. Providing support and guidance to service users, empowering them to make informed choices. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with relevant legislation and policies. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding and adult protection work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues.
