Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of children and families, providing ongoing support and intervention.
  • Collaborating with statutory agencies, schools, and health services to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
