We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Social Worker Level 3 to join our Kinship Team. This pivotal role involves working with children, families, and kinship caregivers to ensure the safety, well-being, and development of children in care. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing support to families navigating complex situations. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
 - Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
 - Providing ongoing support and guidance to kinship caregivers to enhance family stability.
 - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
 - Participating in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the best interests of children.
 
To be considered for this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
 - Current registration with the relevant social work regulatory body.
 - Experience in child protection and family support services.
 - Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 - The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
