As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers. Facilitating access to community resources and services. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of casework activities. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in mental health social work. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
