Caritas Futures is proud to partner with a leading charity dedicated to providing top-tier support services to children and young people facing emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioner to join a trauma-informed, early intervention service supporting young people affected by recent adverse experiences.

As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you'll be part of a diverse team of professionals and volunteers, working together to provide timely, targeted support to children and young people aged 0-25. Using a range of creative and therapeutic approaches, the service focuses on emotional recovery, building personal resilience, and empowering young people to manage their own mental health and wellbeing.

Location: Coventry & Warwickshire

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 emotional wellbeing sessions using a youth-centred, trauma-informed approachProvide early help support aimed at improving emotional health and building resilienceWorking in schools and drop in'sWork collaboratively with professionals across multiple agenciesEmpower young people to take control of their own mental health journey

What We're Looking For:

A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)A valid driver's license and access to a carPrevious experience in roles related to mental health, emotional wellbeing, or youth supportA genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people through challenging times
