Your key responsibilities will include:
Responding promptly to referrals and assessing the needs of children and families. Conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to protect children. Collaborating with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to case discussions.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in children’s social work, particularly in crisis intervention. Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
