We are currently seeking a skilled AMHP to provide 24-hour rota cover, working as and when required, at a competitive rate of £52.75 per hour. This role offers flexibility while allowing you to utilize your expertise in mental health assessments and interventions.

As an AMHP, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on mental health legislation and best practices.
  • Ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of individuals experiencing mental health crises.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration.
  • AMHP training and experience in mental health legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
