Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized degree in Social Work and current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a social work role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
