To be considered for this role, you must possess:

A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social care, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
