You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including schools, health professionals, and families, to provide holistic support and interventions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with children, families, and other professionals. Providing direct support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.The ideal candidate will possess a relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. You should have proven experience in children's social work, demonstrating strong assessment and intervention skills. Essential qualifications and skills include:
