The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and families, particularly in the context of refugee and asylum issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
