The London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and skilled Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team. This pivotal role involves working collaboratively with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and interventions to enhance their quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals and their families. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements. Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contributing to service development initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to person-centered practice.
