Children's SW - Early Help Team - Liverpool

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies.
  • Providing direct support and intervention to families, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to a coordinated approach to service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in early intervention settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
