To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., degree in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a varied caseload.
