We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support & Safeguarding Social Worker to join our team in Camden. As a key member of our Qualified Social Work department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties of this role include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify safeguarding concerns and risks to individuals
  • Developing and implementing support plans to address identified needs
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to provide a holistic approach to support
  • Participating in case conferences and reviews to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Advocating for the rights and best interests of service users

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Demonstrated experience in safeguarding and support work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases

In addition to the above requirements, candidates with experience in working with diverse communities and knowledge of relevant legislation and policies will be highly regarded.
