Sefton Team - Social Worker - Locality Team

- Collaborating with other professionals, agencies, and community organizations to ensure holistic care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely case records in compliance with local policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in a social work setting, preferably within locality teams.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in partnership with clients and families.
