We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult's Social Worker to join our Hospital Team in Lewisham. To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult social work, preferably within a hospital or health care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
