To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities in a social work context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
