Join our dedicated team in Staffordshire as a Social Worker / Senior Practitioner within the Assessment & Staying Together Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual family circumstances. Providing ongoing support, guidance, and advocacy for families to promote stability and positive outcomes. Collaborating with other professionals, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to service delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory and organizational requirements.To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current Social Work England registration. Significant experience working in children's social services, with a focus on assessments and intervention. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
