To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult social work, particularly within a MASH or safeguarding context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with service users and colleagues.
