Qualified Social Worker (QSW)

- Conducting Care Act assessments and reviews in accordance with statutory guidelines.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered care plans.
- Assessing the needs and preferences of service users, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Providing advice and support to families and carers regarding available services and resources.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and national policies.
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in adult social care, particularly with Care Act assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
