Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support and interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Contributing to safeguarding assessments and interventions where necessary.
  • Engaging with service users and their families to promote independence and well-being.

To be considered for this position, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly in assessment and review processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in adult social care.
