We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Services team in Hertfordshire. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, CSS).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in children's social work, preferably in a statutory setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
