As a Children’s Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families in need of support. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with families. Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring access to necessary resources. Working closely with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and interventions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
