We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Services team in Hertfordshire. As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement effective interventions for children in need of support.   • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding processes.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
