  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to person-centered practice.
