Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and multi-disciplinary teams. Providing ongoing support, guidance, and advocacy to clients and their families. Monitoring and reviewing client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with relevant legislation and policies.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, specifically in substance misuse and alcohol dependency.
