Join our dedicated Family Support and Safeguarding Team in Cambridgeshire as a Qualified Social Worker (PERM). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with families and other professionals.
  • Providing support and guidance to families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local authority policies.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings to collaborate on safeguarding concerns and interventions.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection, safeguarding, and family support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to child welfare.
