Children's SW - CIC/Court Team - Northamptonshire

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Social Worker to join our Children in Care (CIC) and Court Team in Northamptonshire. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and young people. As a qualified social worker, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments, developing care plans, and working closely with families and multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes for children in care.

  • Experience in children's social work, particularly within a CIC or court environment.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
