Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? We are seeking a qualified Children's CPC (Child Protection Consultant) to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children within the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments of children and families to determine their needs and risks. Developing and implementing child protection plans in partnership with families. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including schools, health services, and law enforcement, to coordinate effective support. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on child protection matters.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding within a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
