We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Team in Manchester. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults within our community. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with various agencies to assess needs, develop care plans, and implement safeguarding measures for individuals at risk.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need of safeguarding support. Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with service users and multi-agency partners. Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and external agencies regarding safeguarding practices. Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures. Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult safeguarding and working within a multi-agency framework. Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
