Join our dynamic Children's Social Work - Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Team in Oxfordshire, where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.

- Providing ongoing support, advocacy, and guidance to children and their families throughout the asylum process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local and national safeguarding policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work) and current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly in the context of UASC or similar vulnerable groups.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and child protection processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
