The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work) and current registration with Social Work England.

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and child protection processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
