We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's SW Assessment Team in Liverpool.   • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience working within adult social care, particularly in assessment and support planning.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in social work.
