  • A relevant degree in Social Work and current registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in social work practice, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current social work legislation, policies, and best practices.
