To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant post-qualifying experience in children's social work, with a strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
  • Proven leadership and management experience within a social work setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
