As a Children’s Team Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in children's social work, including leadership or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection legislation, safeguarding practices, and early intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
