Participating in team meetings and contributing to case discussions to enhance service delivery.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills such as:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and colleagues. Experience in child protection and family support work, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation.
