As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual needs. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to provide holistic support. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance practice and share knowledge.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children’s social work, including safeguarding and assessment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
