- Undertake Child & Family Assessments
- Complete robust Risk Assessments
- Prepare and present high-quality Court Reports
- Work closely with multi-agency professionals to support discharge planning
- Contribute to positive, safe outcomes for children and families
💰 Pay Rates
- Social Worker (Band 1) - ASYE + minimum 2 years' experience
💷 £28.55 per hour - Senior Social Worker (Band 2) - minimum 3 years' experience
💷 £30.57 per hour - Advanced Practitioner / Assistant Team Manager
(Includes caseload plus supervisory/practice development duties)
💷 £33.30 per hour

- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
- Experience within children's services (post-ASYE relevant to banding)
- Minimum 3 years permanent post-qualified experience in English Local Authority
- Strong assessment, court work and risk management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
