Are you a passionate and dedicated Social Worker looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families? Join our Single Point of Access Team in Kingston & Richmond, where you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support and guidance to those in need. In this position, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that vulnerable populations receive the services and resources they require.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting assessments to identify the needs of clients and their families. Coordinating access to appropriate services and interventions. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual circumstances. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to clients throughout their journey. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, community organizations, and external agencies.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized qualification in Social Work (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in a similar role within the Qualified Social Work field. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
