  • Conducting assessments of young people’s needs and risks to inform intervention plans.
  • Developing and implementing tailored support programs in collaboration with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker status with a valid Social Work England registration.
  • Experience working with young people in a justice or social care setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young people and their families.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage a caseload effectively.
