Devon - Social Worker - Disabled Children's Service
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Disabled Children's Service in Devon. - Providing direct support and guidance to families, ensuring access to appropriate resources and services.
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children and families, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
